In many cases, organizational development begins with an organizational and cost engineering process assessment. CCG can perform a gap analysis of your organization's cost engineering processes, practices and capabilities. This evaluation typically includes evaluation of your organization's documented processes, procedures, standards, templates, tools, and data across the enterprise; and includes interviews of key cost engineering personnel and stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of your organization's goals and strategies. CCG's assessment will focus on four areas: 1) strategy; 2) process; 3) organization; and 4) tools and data. Each focus area's alignment with each other, and with best industry practices will be considered.
